Overhauls and revitalization of turbine units.

Our principal references are tied to hydropower capacity managed by JP EPS. We have participated in the revitalization of all six units at HPP Đerdap 1, as well as in major overhauls at other hydropower plants across the country.

HPP Đerdap 1 Revitalization of all six turbine-generator units. Dismantling, inspection, and reassembly of Kaplan turbine assemblies, preparation of draft tubes, and rehabilitation of water passages.
HPP Đerdap 1 Periodic major overhauls and preventive maintenance of Kaplan turbines.
HPP Đerdap 1 Civil and architectural works — rehabilitation of navigation lock structures.
HPP Đerdap 1+2 Structural rehabilitation and reinforcement of coastal fortifications along the Danube riverbanks.
HPP Đerdap 1+2 Operation and maintenance of pumping and wastewater (fecal) stations along the riverbanks.
HPP Đerdap 2 Periodic major overhauls and preventive maintenance of tubular (pipe) turbines.

Beyond our core hydropower activity, we execute utility and infrastructure works — from pipeline construction to the protection of settlements from flooding and landslides.

Slope rehabilitation along the route

Stabilization and greening of slopes along the gas pipeline route using geogrids and soil humus, with afforestation and vegetation cover to prevent erosion.

Landscape shaping was carried out to restore natural terrain profiles and integrate the area with the surrounding landscape of eastern Serbia.

Reclamation of excavated surfaces

Restoration of surfaces following ore exploitation — drainage works, filling and covering of tailings, subsoil reinforcement and stabilization to prevent further erosion.

Melioration, re-vegetation, and long-term slope consolidation for sustainable terrain recovery.
